Kindergarten Takes on the Arctic
The Kindergarten class has been learning about the Arctic here at Glenella School. They explored animals, the temperatures, communities, and shelters. There was a lot of discussions around igloos and how they were built, so they decided to create their own! They reached out to the community and received over 300 donated milk jugs within 2 weeks!! After 2 weeks of building, their igloo is complete and the students now have a better understanding of the hard work and time that goes into creating a shelter in the Arctic!
